To expedite the process, make sure of the following:

  • All applicant(s) over the age of 18 have filled out an application. 
  • Application(s) is filled out completely.
  • Proof of verifiable income to total one (1) month for all applicant(s).
  • Copy of current Government issue picture ID's.
  • Application Fee $40/per applicant & Holding Fee one (1) month rent in two (2) separate money order or cashier check

We will submit the application(s) to the owner to make the decision to approve, approve with additional deposit or deny the application(s).


  • Application approval will be based on rental, eviction, employment, income, credit and criminal history.
  • Falsifying or withholding information your application will be automatically denied.

We make the process really easy for you.  You will need to make sure the following is done prior to move in: 


  • Lease will be sent via email to all applicant(s) to sign electronically.  Everyone will need to sign in order to receive keys.
  • Proof of renters insurance and with the S.O.S. Housing Solutions, LLC added as an additional insured.
  • Utility services need to be in your name and provide us the account numbers.
  • The remaining move in fees's need to be in a money order or cashier check.

APPLICATION CRITERIA

Application Fee is $40 / per Applicant and it's Non-Refundable.  Anyone 18 years or older needs to apply. 



Rental History: We will verify a minimum of two (2) consecutive years of rental and/or mortgage history with your Landlord(s) and or credit history.  


Income: You must have verifiable income and the gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent.  Plus one (1) month of current pay stubs, offer letter and award letter for all applicants. 


Self employed applicants shall supply the last two years tax returns and three (3) months of bank statements to assist in substantiating your stated income.


Credit & Criminal History: We conduct thorough credit and criminal check.  



Renters Insurance: Our lease requires that tenants obtain liability insurance. It is also recommended that our tenants obtain personal property insurance as Landlord policies do not cover tenant property losses or damages.

FEE'S & REQUIREMENTS

MOVE IN FEE'S NEED TO BE IN MONEY ORDERS OR CASHIER CHECKS

  • APPLICATION FEE - $40 / Per Applicant
  • HOLDING FEE - To take home off the market we will need the Holding Fee of one (1) months rent.  Once approved, it will be applied towards your move in fee's.   If denied, it will be returned to you. If YOU CANCEL AT ANYTIME EITHER YOU ARE APPROVED OR NOT APPROVED OR DELAYING THE PROCESS, YOU FORFEIT THE HOLDING FEE.  
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT - One (1) times the monthly rent. (O.A.C)
  • PET NON-REFUNDABLE FEE - $175 - $275 (Depending on size)
  • PET REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - Depending on pet AND/OR owners approval
