Dolores Cavazos is a Tucson native and has been in Property Management since 1996. She began her career in Multi-housing in Tucson, Arizona. She has managed 30 to 465 units that varied from A+ communities to hard crime communities in the Tucson, Phoenix, and surrounding areas of San Diego.
In 2008, she developed and implemented a Corporate Housing Program that resulted in one million dollars in revenue in the first year. She has experience working with foreign and local military, U.S. government agencies, and local business.
She hosted several Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods (G.A.I.N.) events at her apartment community in collaboration with other Town of Marana departments. This event brings communities together to let criminals know we are united in the fight against crime.
In 2013, Dolores transitioned to Single Family Homes when her husband was deployed to Afghanistan to be available for her family. She managed 175 up to 533 units for private owners. She expanded her knowledge in the legal transitions of taking possessions on foreclosures.
In addition to property management, she is also a Listing and Buyers Agent. She understands the challenges her clients face and helps them attain their goal of buying and/or selling home or investment property. She takes a seemingly complicated process and makes it understandable and profitable.
Dolores established her own brokerage to apply her expertise in property management, furnished rentals, home sales, and rental services.
